Welcome to PupKits! We are committed to delivering your pet's favorite products safely and as quickly as possible. Please read our shipping policy below to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During peak seasons or promotional campaigns, order processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Major Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.

  • We may offer Free Shipping on selected orders or promotional campaigns. Any applicable offers will be clearly displayed on our website.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with your tracking information (where available), allowing you to monitor your shipment.

Delivery Information

To ensure successful delivery, please provide:

  • Correct full name

  • Complete shipping address

  • Valid mobile phone number

PupKits is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your package due to incorrect information or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Include your order number along with clear photos of the package and products so we can resolve the issue promptly.

International Shipping

Currently, PupKits ships only within Pakistan. We plan to expand to international shipping in the future.
