1. How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically delivered within 2–5 business days in major cities and 3–7 business days in other areas across Pakistan.

2. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email or SMS (where available). You can use it on our Track Your Order page to check your shipment status.

3. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in most cities across Pakistan.

4. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location. We may also offer Free Shipping on selected orders and promotional campaigns.

5. Can I cancel my order?

Yes. You can request to cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number and clear photos of the item. We'll review your request and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

7. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

At the moment, PupKits ships only within Pakistan. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.
